Staffing of the German country organisation

For an international rare disease company with a new organisation in Germany, we have filled several positions with our interim managers, including Marketing Lead, Medical Lead, Product Manager and Product Assistant.

 

There were only 20 working days between the decision to fill the vacancies with interim managers and the start of the team.

 

The result: the management was able to focus on the strategic issues again. In the remaining three months before the launch, the complete launch plan was drawn up and all relevant measures were initiated. The qualitative and quantitative targets for the financial year were achieved or exceeded.

 

Our team also supported the client with strategic projects, such as the design of a Patient Finding Programme and a PSP in Germany. Based on a catalogue of criteria and budget framework agreed with the client, we drew up a vendor shortlist and held engagement workshops with the selected service providers. As part of the contract conclusion process, we provided support in negotiating the conditions and defining the scope of work.

While the organisation is being built up in terms of personnel, we also take on operational projects such as the adaptation of a global patient website for Germany and the organisation of congress participation through to the creation of congress equipment with partners from our network, in addition to strategic consulting.
