To this end, we created clusters of key initiatives based on the existing action plan and developed a strategic matrix with key objectives and strategic imperatives for the brand plan together with the client's marketing and medical functions.


Based on the brand plan, we evaluate the impact and budget efficiency of various marketing channels and create a flexible, KPI-led multichannel action plan.


We accompany the implementation of the action plan by providing support in evaluating the agencies and service providers and by regularly reviewing the defined KPIs.
