Ramona Henkel
Ramona is an experienced project and multi-channel manager in the healthcare sector.
After studying biology at the Humboldt University in Berlin, she began her career at one of the leading multi-channel communication service providers. In addition to her role as Team Lead for Rare Disease, she also worked as a specialist trainer and coach.
Ramona commenced her consulting career as an account manager in the pharma and biotech sectors, enriching her portfolio with extensive experience in various domains, such as rare diseases, pharmacies, big pharma, and generics and gaining valuable insights and experience in the agency environment.
At the Healthonauts, Ramona´s work focuses on strategic consulting for multi-channel communication and the development of effective strategies. She also targets the further development of sales personnel and uses her expertise to find and place suitable interim managers tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
